My roofer told me that he is done by 40's (short career). The key is to own his his own contracting company by then.

Not true. I have yelled at service workers for legitimate reasons like them being rude to me or taking my money and not providing the service and trying to rip me off etc. Not all service workers are great or deserving of kind treatment.
It could be that she was rude to him, or said something snarky or disrespectful, typical of a teen etc., Sometimes things like that happen. I dont know what the argument was about and he could have been wrong, but the video starts half way through.

He might make good money but he's not very smart. Making $350K a year has nothing to do with being ignorant or not. Arguing with a young girl making minimum wage is a pretty bad look.
