I haven’t worn jeans for years, but like the idea of wearing them with a T-shirt or a jacket. The problem is not being in my 20’s or 30’s any longer, it is hard to find jeans that match my age and physique.

One brand that seems pretty good is AG. the jeans seem to be in the range of$300. Any other suggestions for age-appropriate jeans?

thx

Paying $300 for a pair of jeans is ludicrous.
I'd recommend Denver Hayes at Mark's. You also can't go wrong with Levi's. And they won't set you back more than $120.
I've also worn Nautica, Polo Ralph Lauren and Eddie Bauer brands.

I wear AG almost exclusively. Great quality dressy jeans and am in my 50s. That said, I have cheaper Levis jeans for day to day or for chores, but splurge on AG or similar for those dressier denims. Great with the right sports coat and shoes. A dark blue and a black pair and you are all set. Feel better and look great (and the ladies know the difference/can see it).

Not ludricous. IMHO. Especially if you have the dough ans realize that the workplace has gone dressy casual now in many industries. AG looks way better than Denver Hayes crap. The (civvy) ladies all know the difference. Levis does have a lot of choice now, though. Like 30 different silhouettes and washes.

Costco has some decent ones and they were quite reasonably priced, at least back in the day.

I am probably paying more than I should but I still go to a Levi's store, they have multiple sizing types (slim fit, straight length, "athletic") that I am happy with. I suppose I could find these for less money at Costco or Walmart but I have been happy with my choices
