Well they are constantly bombing military instalations, stop hiding in schools, hospitals, and day care centers and they will stop bombing them.
Now in regards to the gains on the ground I cant comment on their reasons, but time will tell, one thing i know is that they are not losing ground, and that uki counteroffensivd was a horrific faliure.
They hide behind civilians to tell publically how Russian are out there to kill civilians and it’s amusing how anyone would say that with all those top of the line weapons comparing to Russia’s junk and nothing is taken back Ukraine counteroffensive is a success.

You probably heard the bank of Canada statements when they announced the hike it’s was all blamed on Ukraine and China. But who is stirring the pot? It’s the US sticking their nose to where it doesn’t belong. They always did but now it’s bigger countries that they are messing with. You can’t erase Russia or china from the worlds economy by telling them what to do and setting up military bases where they are not welcome.
Mariupol was a Ukrainian city, not some Nazi base. It was half 'Russian' and half Ukranian. Now its dust, Russia destroyed one of the largest Russian populations in Urkaine.

Russias invasion has now decreased that timetable.
