My experience with her today was a pure gong show. I wrote to her earlier in the week. She said she was full that day, but was upset because two of her clients that day were no-shows. I told her I would get back to her when I knew what day would work and wouldn’t stand her up.

Two unanswered phone calls and a few texts later, she writes back 50 minutes after our appointment was due to start saying it was a crazy day and everyone outside was talking to her. No apology or even a question if I still wanted to meet.
I thanked her for having me drive all the way out to the sticks and not even having the courtesy to message that she was running behind. To which she replied that at least she messaged me back. How very thoughtful of you Vickie! See you never!

I received a pm from an Ottawa monger about this gal a few years ago. He told me her service was amazing but her texting/communication leaves something to be desired.
This is why Plan B was invented...just sayin'. It's not like you invested your life savings and had the stock tank.
I've had similar experiences with her. 1st it was car trouble and cancelled appointment. 2nd was her civi job was keeping her late. 3rd was a no excuse no reply. As said before, Plan B. I must say that the positives outweigh the negative. My experiences with her afterwards were more than accomodating. It's completely your choice not to see her again. I am willing to take the good over the bad for this girl.
