Winston George Thomas, 45, is considered a high risk to reoffend in a sexually violent manner against women and girls, despite having participated in some treatment programming in the past, the Manitoba integrated high-risk sex offender unit said on Saturday.
Winston George Thomas, 45, was set to be released Saturday from the Brandon Correctional Centre, where he's been serving a sentence for assaulting a woman.

Police said while Thomas has taken some treatment programs in the past, they still consider him a high risk to reoffend in a sexual or sexually violent way.

Officers noted Thomas has a lengthy criminal history of violence and breaching court orders. As part of his most recent 18-month sentence he will serve two years of probation following his jail time.

In addition to a nightly curfew and an order to stay sober, Thomas's probation conditions bar him from attending the building housing the Legal Aid Manitoba offices on Broadway in Winnipeg, police said.

It's in your own article, genius!
Exactly you fool. He has a has lengthy criminal history of violence and breaching court orders. And now he is being let out with court orders on what to do. Except he has a history of violence and breaching court orders.

Gee, I wonder if he will stay sober. Anybody want to bet their credibility with me.

Remember that when you vote ladies. The lefties are more interested in the welfare of this person than you.

How do you check you incompetent. It is not like they post it somewhere. Show me where you check if you are so bright.
It was in the doc Mandrill posted.
It was there as a quote and a link to the original source.

The point being that you didn't even read the article you quoted carefully enough to know he was being let out on parole.

And again, you have a problem with the Parole Board's decision, go fly to Winnipeg and stand outside the Parole Board's office and yell at them. Tell them that you're a "Concerned Citizen". I'm sure they'll be impressed.

Hey, I have a great idea. Tell your dinner date that you have been debating some guy on an escort review forum about the prison release of a person considered a high risk to reoffend in a sexually violent manner against women and girls . This person you are debating thinks he should be kept in jail but you don't agree.

I really would like to know what she says.

A good example of how the ladies should really try to get to know a bit more detail about their dinner dates. They might not like the opinions they post publicly elsewhere.

And don't forget to show her this picture you posted as well during your heavy discussion....

Sorry, she prefers her own pictures and waved off the debate with "no politics, more orgasms".

You didn't check?
It doesn't matter.
Czar appears to be arguing that as long as the government decides you might re-offend, they should keep you in jail.
That includes if you served your entire sentence.

I know he had a whole elaborate "as you do more crimes, punishment goes up" theory earlier, but that doesn't appear to actually matter.
If the government decides they don't need to obey the law, they should keep you locked up in case you commit a crime in the future.

Hey ladies, Mandrill supports this and other violent sexual predators being released. He thinks if you are concerned that you should travel a thousand miles and yell at people.

I suggest you vote the disgusting people who allow things like this to happen with their dangerous policies out of office.

And if you get sexually assaulted, people like Mandrill will post a bunch of silly faces.

How disgusting the left is.

No, he doesn't.
Slandering board members like this isn't allowed.
Hey ladies,

Mandrill has made all kinds of excuses backing up the people who have released a violent sexual predator instead of demanding that our parties pass laws that would hold people determined to be likely to re-offend in a violent sexual manner in prison until they were determined to be unlikely to re-offend.

Beware of people like this as the result is violent sexual predators being released.

Remember that when you vote and make sure to vote out the left wing people who put the rights of criminals ahead of your safety.

Experiencing slander is virtually nothing compared to experiencing a violent sexual attack.

Can an unidentified person with a handle be slandered? Interesting question? You could tell us your real name.

Los Angeles suspect who allegedly killed two El Monte police officers died by suicide: Coroner | Fox News

Two Los Angeles area police officers died as a result of the shooting on Tuesday

The suspect who is accused of killing two California police officers during a shootout on Tuesday night died by suicide after allegedly shooting the pair of cops.

Justin William Flores, 35, allegedly killed two El Monte, California police officers while they responded to reports of a stabbing at a motel.

When the officers, Cpl. Michael Paredes and Officer Joseph Santana, approached the suspect, a shootout took place and both officers were shot. They were later pronounced dead at a Los Angeles area hospital.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's office determined that Flores died by suicide as a result of a gunshot wound to the head, according to its website.

Flores had a previous strike conviction and also received two years of probation for being a felon in possession of a firearm. The sentence is aligned with the policies of Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon, who has been taken to court over his handling of three-strike cases.

Flores was a gang member who was on probation at the time of the shooting for a weapons charge after he received a lenient sentence through a plea deal.

The Gascon policy allowed Flores to plead no contest and get a light sentence, despite a strike being on his criminal record.

Sources within the district attorney's office told Fox News that Flores would have likely been handed a sentence of up to three years in prison if he was prosecuted in February 2021.

Gascon's office told Fox News that Flores didn't have a "documented history of violence" when he was sentenced.

"The sentence he received in the firearm case was consistent with case resolutions for this type of offense given his criminal history and the nature of the offense," the statement says. "At the time the court sentenced him, Mr. Flores did not have a documented history of violence."

So move on. Go find another "outrage" to whine about and time waste.
Here is another outrage that the terrible lefties support. And why the so-called experts that Mandrill supports are getting voted out by the innocemt people realizing how stupid it was to support these dangerous people and their coddling of criminals.

Again, neither you nor I know anything about the offender or the sentencing hearing. I'm not going to take the time to look the case up. If you want to go look up the details of the sentencing hearing - assuming they're not confidential - be my guest.

It's standard in all jurisdictions for teens to get relatively very light sentences by adult standards. And an attempt murder charge would never stick in a case where an inexperienced driver may have simply lost control of the vehicle.

I don't think anyone is reading this thread now, except for you. So it's becoming a waste of your own time. I take a couple of minutes to respond. You take 15 or 20 minutes to find stuff on the net and cut and paste it.

You put a lot of work into this one. Do you have any sort of job? Or is this your "job"?

You have no idea what happened at that plea deal meeting. Clearly the judge was satisfied that the plea deal was reasonable. The judge has to sign off too. Maybe the cops lost the evidence or fucked up the warrant.

All sorts of things can go into a light sentence. You have no legal background, but clearly you're the expert.

Same old fraudulent arguments. There should be no deals. That was the reason for three strikes. Put them in jail. No woke leftie judges feeeling sorry for crimoinals for whatever woke reason being allowed to override the law.

I like the standard answer of not knowing anything about the offender as if that is some sort of half decent excuse. Even the Deputy DA is interviewed saying how wrong this is. Guess what Mandrill.....he might just know something. He knows that the woke left are frauds letting violent criminals off easy with pathetic excuses like...."oh, he's a teenager. Sorry _________(next victim), he was a teenager when he ruined the life of his previous victim. Please understand, that is the reason we let him out and your loved one is dead."

Except that's not the ADA who actually did the case. And he's clearly trying to boost his own career, as DA is an elected office in the US. Otherwise he'd be more of a team player. And he wouldn't be giving interviews.

You fall for this crap over and over. Just like quoting the extreme feminist law prof who said that R v Chan was a "feminist issue" in Canada. Except you're not quoting that any more because you fucked up on that and it's too embarrassing, right?
