Peter Khan knows people that I know. I'm pretty sure he has ties to Malvern and probably lived there in his youth. These types of crimes tend to be done to "send a message." It sounds like the police haven't figured out the whole thing yet.

I'm black and I used to get hassled by the police when I was younger. When I look back at who I was hanging out with and the suspect things I was doing, I said "no wonder". When life found its path and I became successful, the harrassment stopped. I also looked at the way I carried myself and how I interacted with others. It made a world of difference.

I'm still floored by some racism, such as in this hobby where some women won't see black gents. That's okay. I feel it's mild racism or just bad experiences with the people of my colour who are probably the ones who get hassled by police. There's nothing that I can say it do to change that lady's mind, I just move along.

My biggest complaint, fear, observation is how many blacks (in the US) kill each other. It's a clouded reality when the bandwagon concentrates on whites killing blacks. I said to one group of young black men "Why are you killing each other, then scream racism when one in a thousand (just a number not based on real data) is a white person killing a black person? Stop killing each other, because the real racist are standing back smiling and watching you do the work they want to do."

I fear for my people some days. I wish I could fix it. I'm trying one person at a time.
