This is a medical condition, it can cause permanent patchy hair loss, and apparently sometimes patients need to take strong immune suppressing meds to prevent further or permanent hair loss. It’s not the normal mild hair loss associated with aging.

We are all human and deserving of compassion. Now I am not saying that alopecia is life threatening but its a condition that brings psychological problem like major anxiety and dépression for people who suffer from it.
