I would wager you're correct. I would also be willing to bet most are too stupid to know how much deep shit they're in when they get back. While not everyone on that flight can be shown to be involved with what happened, more than a few are caught red-handed. There's pretty much zero tolerance for thumbing your nose at airspace rules.

You're so right. The good thing Flight Attendants do appreciate good kind people on board. On a random note, they also secretly talk in the back about passengers they have a sight crush on. If you find yourself getting extra attention she or he is probably showing some interest. Anyways, if you were on the aircraft, make every effort to have the FA's notice you're not associated with that party. They will remember and possibly help clear your name.
