He'll be groomed to be the guest speaker and interviewee at Far Right travelling carnivals and on Fox News for a year or two and then the grifters who host those shows will move on to other crowd-pleasers. So he'll make some money for a while.
As I posted in another thread, there's evidence that he actually DOES have white supremacist views - photos of him exist giving the white power hand with the Proud Boys. And that's probably enough to lose him any of the "libel and slander" suits that the rightie outlets are chortling about.
He was cleaned up A LOT for the Fucker interview. And scripted by his handlers to say whatever they thought would play well. There's a whole other Kyle out there that's not quite as palatable, I suspect.

Great interview, comes across very credible. The jury believes him and the videos were there at the right time. Protesters were a bunch of criminals the same as those stealing from stores these days.
He has been fitted with a dual horned helmet, bearskin man-thong and given a stiff shaft.
And the right-wing media-sphere is making a hero out of a kid who's only accomplishment was making a dumb decision to walk armed to confront protesters and having to kill people to get away.
And the amount of money the gun manufacturers lobby (also known as the NRA) pays to politicians. The clear majority of Americans (including many gun owners) support reasonable regulation but they don't put their money (or voting pressure) where it matters.

Sorry but it wasn't a "duty". It is the duty of the police and the state to stop that activity, whether through police intervention or actually trying to make the laws more equitable. He chose to go to another state and 'protect' property that wasn't his and the owners never asked him to do. The US has all sorts of laws and restrictions on vigilante actions for a reason.
That's a different topic than how accurately the courts interpreted their laws on the charges.
You say that like it's a bad thing. True capitalists believe in equity as well. Every person should have the opportunity to achieve based on their abilities.
Rittenhouse is a dumb kid, no question about it. Took a
dumb kid to do the dirty work smart people wouldn't
want to do by themselves. If there was a dumb kid
like Rittenhouse doing the dirty job of taking out a few
thugs in some of our past hockey riots he too would
have been welcomed at least by those whose cars were
burnt and shops smashed.
