Even the court typist seemed stunned by the testimony.
TBH, I find it hard to believe that he didn't break down the video before the trial and freeze frame it like the defence. SMH.

If the criminal records that have been released re Huber, Grosskreutz and Rosenbaum are accurate, these 3 people are pretty clearly low lifes.
OTOH, I assume that this is confidential state and federal police information. At least in Canada, you can't just broadcast someone's criminal record. So it's not being released from an official source. Instead it's being "leaked".
Unless it was put forward in evidence at the trial to establish character. But that seems unlikely.
What is the guarantee that this informaiton is true? And not just more spin?
The lack of faith in the judicial process is astounding, character assassination against the victim so trumpian. That being said, just heard the dude was not only armed but he admits he drew down on KR. Independent of age and motive and crossing state lines, lets just say NOT a good day for the prosecution.

If Kyle is cleared of the first shooting the guys who were shot second and third were attacking kyle and those will also be justified,which would make the two guys who got shot the criminals
But it all depends on the outcome of the trial as to who is the criminal
If nothing else this trial has provided some insight into some of the human trash that make up Antifa. One rapes young boys while another assaults women, including his own grandmother.

If those criminal records are accurate. If they are true, it suggests that the protestors were nothing but looters and trouble-makers.

Claiming she didn't know the facts. Funny all this footage was on line months ago. We all saw it. There's nothing new coming out here.

Well, the Rising asshole is making basic errors of law as he pontificates. So you can add The Rising to the list of "shameful coverers", I guess. No surprise there. The Rising is pretty sleazy.
Whether KR "injected himself into a volatile situation" could very well be a factor going to "reasonable self defence" under WI law. The overall reasonable-ness of the shooter's actions is all up for scrutiny in deciding whether his actions were reasonable and it can get pretty complicated.
That said, I think the trial narrative is clear. KR is a very naive kid who somehow thought that he could leave his armed vigilante buddies and wander around "being helpful and nice" in a situation that was extremely fucking dangerous for him. KR could easily have been overwhelmed and killed and his weapon taken. By sheer fucking luck and decent reactions and instincts, he blasted away 3 guys who clearly meant him no good. And the 4th guy - drop kick guy - stayed well away when the shooting started.
I think the jury is basically going to feel sorry for him and protective of the little fucker and is going to interpret him putting himself in very grave harm's way as a kid's error and not an attempt to escalate the situation. At this point, I believe an acquittal is a foregone conclusion.
That doesn't mean that I approve of rightie vigilantes - or antifa looters either. In Canada, this type of shit just does not fucking happen. Nor should it.
The media coverage has not been that bad TBH. It's too much to expect any media to cover the in depth legal issues ahead of the trial - especially when the optics of the KR case were so polarizing to begin with. Polarization = clicks and viewers. The Rising does it too. And the rightie websites have been milking the dick of this story since Day 1.
You spend your entire day and night reading highly manipulative far right websites and apparently believing everything that they say.
Might be significant for the third shooting when both people can claim self defense (in case you forgot, KR had his gun out the whole time) but you might recall there were two other shootings.
