Sounds like to me that she feels her time is much more valuable than yours. I can understand once because it happens all the time but when it becomes a norm it is time to move on no matter how good she is when she finally decides it is your turn.

I've only had good communication with her in the past. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes when I was at her location. But something feels off this week. Got a one liner back from her then radio silence. Just hope everything is alright with her.
Used to see her pre-covid but it seems now things are "off" with her. I echo this experience and Tinman116's experience. Ghost appointments with her are annoying because her incall is so far out of the way and often there isn't not many plan B providers nearby.
I'd go further that she seems now to go Jekyll and Hyde with respect to communication, appointments, and service...this is putting it very mildly. Please remember, it's different strokes for different folks...so maybe someone may have a different review than me...but this has been my experiences....no need to come at me as I have not come after others for their reviews. At best I would say this version of Chloe now is a one and done...good to try out such a small spinner (if you can get her to actually stick to her agreed appointment) but best not to repeat as it seems there is now a steep diminishing return. Not a repeat anymore for me as there are better options without the headache and drama.
It's a damn shame. Love seeing her and her beautiful smile. Sounds like it's time to move on for me.
Sounds like she's experiencing burnout. At 200/h I'm sure she gets inundated when she posts. She might have to change her business model before she does a complete crash and burn.
She's a solid pick when it's right - so I wouldn't discourage anyone wanting to try her out for a one and done. I don't agree with some of the reported services of other reviews...but that's my own opinion. Basically I think she very much now in a YMWV and when it's bad...it's bad. Personally, I would more often than not nowadays....classify her as "off" and she creates more drama than is worthwhile.
This is supposed to be a fun hobby...not something to be worried about. For myself, I've moved along...as they say...many fish in the sea with less drama and better service (ie not being ghosted, wondering what the ghost reasons are, and not being able to have a backup because the incall is so darn far).

It could be burnout. But it could be that her overexposure created a false sense of superiority by believing the overhype. I don't believe she works a great deal....and maybe she's scheduling too many clients in a short period and creating log jams (overbookings). Who knows?
Regardless, I think she's burned quite a number of repeats in lieu of one and done clients.maybe that's her business model...personally I think repeats and creating a good reputation will provide more consistent business and steadier income with less work on her part. But it is her choice and maybe she has a greater master plan.
Anyhow. Not a repeat for me...which is good news for others who are her fanatics...
She's definitely worth seeing, I won't deny that. I have nothing but great things to say about my past visits. If anything, I'd like to be a regular. Time will tell what she does. We all go through rough patches in life. I'm sure she has her moments as we all do. Can't expect her to be available 24/7.
I agree. Sorry if my review gave the impression to not see her. You def should but expect being ghosted. Its a shame because I gladly would see her again if this was not an issue. Lets hope things get better for her

I agree that those who repeat can expect to be ghosted or a declination in service (seems to happen alot now with Ottawa SPs). Maybe it's a new trend that Ottawa SPs don't want repeats?
I would say if a provider disrespects over and over by ghosting...then it's time to move on. And personally I would not consider her a good SP as living up to the appointment agreement is part of the package deal. So no matter how good the physical encounter is...it is trumped by mismanagement of time and lack of/poor communications. But this is just one old man's opinion.
I doubt it. She's been advertising that same rate for years with no issues until now. Sounds like something else going on to me.
I've seen her roughly two weeks ago. She's great but the ghosting is getting old.
I would NOT call Chloe "great". An ok choice for a niche market (spinner) and for a ONE time go.
For me, the hobby includes keeping to your word (ie time/place) and if she ghost...there should be some accountability. I'm not saying a drawn out explanation. Just a quick note that says she unable to fulfill her end and she would like to reschedule. Her continued disrespect of time management and appointment keeping (not just one person but multiple and on multiple occasions) makes it cringe worthy when I see posts that state "great". Others should be forewarned so that there is a plan B as her incall is far out of town with little other SPs in the neighbourhood.
I do NOT repeat with her because she's untrustworthy and cannot keep her word (and tbh on occasions makes up plenty of lies up or see things in a warped reality). This is just one old man's review and NON-recommendation. Take it as you please. Fanboys - you should be happy as there are more opportunities for you and less chance she'll ghost.

On a side note I just noticed this, “only restrictions are no CIM and no GREEK.” Does this imply that she offers bare sex and CIP? Or it it a given that she does not?
Wish I would have seen this board earlier. I'm new to the hobby and reached out to Chloe.

Not the story she told me...one young child...have to take everything she says with a grain of salt. Caught her in several conflicting stories, which must make it hard to keep up with.
