And I'll call bullshit. The video you posted was after the Palestinians rushed the border and started attacking the border guards. Please show some evidence that this kid was shot before this attack. Again, I have no problem condemning this if the kid was away from the border and not part of the attacking group. Sadly this is just another case where you automatically accept accusations about Israel and only demand proof when they are crimes by groups like Hamas.
Here's the other side of the story. The 'raid' was an attempt to arrest accused terrorists (since the PA won't) and were shot at by some Palestinians.
