This may be wrong, Officer Hill had hemorrhoids, during roll call he was in so much pain that Renko was holding him up. He had them lanced and the Detectives showed up to take pictures.

Again this is just memory, I could be wrong.

Sorry, I meant main/regular cast members, my bad, so Noth and Fishburne are incorrect.

Dennis Franz is one, but he wasn't lead in NYPD Blue, David Caruso was. but he was lead in another show

Hill is correct!, my memory of this episode is foggy as well

I double checked it, it was hemorrhoids. I don't remember the episode, I remember Hill nearly fainting during roll call and Renko holding him up. And then the detectives showing up at the clinic and taking pictures while he's having them removed.

Sergeant Esterhaus went out like out like Richard Pryor's dad - he died fucking. Barbara Bosom looked like she could give a hell of a ride, it was convincing.
