im kinda confused. from what i understand in order to make a leolist ad you are required to provide leolist with 5 verified pics in order to get your ad approved for circulation. i dont understand how these scammer manage to bypass this part of the process and make it into circulation with stolen pics. what am i missing here?

A ‘verified’ picture according to Leolist is just a piece of paper with ‘Leolist’ written on it. As you can imagine, this can be easily photoshopped into any picture.
