"Some things...
-if they are in a youth facility and they are allowed to order take out/delivered food, they pay for it themselves...taxpayer does not pick up the tab. yes and no they earn money by doing chores half assed in most cases and government vehicle is used to get food along with government paid employee
-here in Ontario, they are not entitled to 6 meals a day and can not eat whenever they want but at times set by the facility staff. used to be the case about 2 years ago ministry ordered that food is too be available at all times and youth may eat when they want 3 meals 3 snacks = 6 meals
-An adult sentence can be imposed on a young person who is found guilty of an offence for which an adult can be sentenced to imprisonment for more than two years if the offence was committed after a young person is fourteen years of age very rarely happens my comment was that "youth are kept in youth facility until they are 21 WHY? your an adult at 18
-if the person can be deported, the person will only be deported after criminal justice has been satisfied, homeland culture has no bearing True BUT the mere fact they will be deported if sentenced to over 2 years means judges consider that and use lesser sentences to try and prevent deportation homeland culture IS often used in defense of their actions"
-in youth detention centres they do not earn money by doing chores, they earn privileges if they earn anything at all...your original point that taxpayers pay for take out is wrong
-take out is delivered in almost all cases, an employee does not leave the site to pick up a food order and there is no government vehicle involved
-food may be available at all times but to your original point, they are not entitled to 6 meals a day whenever they want
-youth over 18 can be transferred to an adult facility, it's not rare it happens all the time
-it is not fact they will be deported if sentence is over 2 years
You're just making stuff up...
