Positive attitude and friendly service are part of the criteria her so if you did not experience either then a -1 would be warranted. I would also point out that those two criteria are immensely subjective which is why one person's-1 could easily be a +1 for another. If a provider receives a -1 it really speaks more to that specific experience rather than the quality of service they provide, however, if they receive several -1s (ie more than they do +1s) I might avoid because then it implies more about the quality of service then it would a specific experience....just my two cents.
What about when girls just flat out don't take care of themselves? I recently had an experience with a VERY popular MA on this board and when I went into session with her she had missing fake finger nails, spray tan that was half off (looked awful) and had bad breath. Could that warrant a -1...?
