You have to play fair. The bureau numbers you have only include Afghanistan starting in 2015. As a war zone, it was counted separately before. You would need to compare only the other three countries to Obama. That's probably something like 200 by Trump. They are running about the same pace there.
We could add in Syria, Pakistan (though only 2) and Libya if wanted, but that only makes my point stronger.
