It's pretty hypocritical that you support descendants of Palestinians refugees getting land in Israel but you oppose descendants of Jewish refugees returning to parts of Jerusalem that were Jewish from antiquity until Jordan ethnically cleansed them in 1948/9 - and yes, a real ethnic cleansing where every single Jew was chased out of the Old City at gun point. There is a reason why part of Jerusalem's Old City is known as the Jewish Quarter.

No, acquiring land through war is illegal according to the UN, Geneva Conventions and the ICC.
UN SC 2334 confirmed that Jerusalem is not Israeli, with 151 countries confirming this statement at the UN GC just recently.
