After the climate change bet, in which moviefan just weaseled out, I'm less interested in bets.
We could make one, but we'll need to set terms, verification terms and what you're going to do in return when you've lost.

Lets start by stating the terms of what qualifies as a legit offer of peace.
1) its in writing, with documents available to both sides
2) its backed by the PM
3) it includes definite borders
4) it includes terms on refugees

Is that a fair starting point on what counts as a 'peace offer'?
And lets state by your claim there were 'multiple peace offers' that we will need at least 3 such offers.

Once we've set the terms and agreed to them.
You didn't confirm you are ok with these:
1) its in writing, with documents available to both sides
2) its backed by the PM
3) it includes definite borders
4) it includes terms on refugees
5) it has to be a peace offer coming from Israel, not, for instance agreeing to abide by a UN resolution on partition.

Camp David - no written record of an offer, and it didn't come from Israel
Clinton Parameters - no map or borders specified, and it didn't come from Israel and Israel didn't accept it totally but with 'reservations'
Olmert's offer - based on a map on a napkin that Olmert wouldn't give out

None of those offers contained the details that would confirm they were legit. No written details and terms, and no maps.
