Very well said, Ryan1967, but unfortunately I still have not received any explanation from CMJ management that is unusual for a well-run club.

Thanks for your comment UC. I really don't expect Jasmine to solve any thing, besides it is not a big issue. Any business may run into the booking problem. I just want to bring this into Jas's attention, and say sorry as a courtesy gesture to their clients if same thing happens in the future.

I don't think there is a limit to how many times you can go as a guest and the system allows MA's to find their own clients through other advertising mechanisms (Twitter, BP, CL, etc.) and book them themselves into the sophisticated scheduling system, I am guessing in this case the OP's session was not booked in the system, which I think was an anomaly, I don't think guests are likely to get bumped or treated as second class citizens. Nor are guests abusing the system...the system is to allow guests to be booked by the MA's directly...where is the abuse? I have been a few times as a guest and never had an issue. Clearly there are benefits to being a member, you get invited to the parties, you can book MA's yourself and you can browse the profiles on their site and you can book MA's that do not advertize themselves. The costs are pretty clear...the initial membership fee is $70 ($200-$130) and the ongoing costs are $10 per annum. If you are someone that likes variety then membership might be right, if you are more into an "indy style" MA, where you connect with an MA and get to know them over text / Twitter then perhaps the guest route is best.
Thanks Ryan, very good summary of how things work. I've been a member since Day 1 so wasn't aware of some of these things. An yes, clearly there are benefits to being a member.

Nothing good ever comes from airing dirty laundry before resolving the matter with the people directly involved first.

See, you expected Jasmin to patrol this forum and spot your concern, and she hasn't because she has a business to run and renovations to supervise. She likely doesn't know how you feel, yet you posted this public complaint, so now you have a sour taste in your mouth which is not Jasmin's fault you didn't respectfully try to contact her privately first.

I'm not shilling for Jasmin. When I have problems, I contact the people in charge and try to work something out first. I had an issue at Paradise Spa last year and contacted Angie who helped me resolve everything without shots ever being fired.

You didn't even give management a chance to help you.

Diplomacy, people.

Every times I have dealt with Jasmine she had been great.... But yes she can't do that unless she is contacted :) I did the same thing last year at angels touch and learned it is best to talk to management first

Hello everyone! I am guilty of not being as active on the forums as of late because we are in the midst of a massive expansion and hiring blitz and much more! I have read this thread and will give it the attention and response it deserves however I am just leaving the office now to make my way to my sons soccer game! I promise I will address every concern and comment as soon as I have a moment - more then likely Monday as the weekends are for my family! I booked 4:00 P.M. appointment to see one of the Hostess at CMJ east today. When I arrived I was told by the hostess I supposed to meet that they were overbooked and there was no room available. This thing is not supposed to happen at a reputable club like CMJ, what a disappointment. I have been more than a regular guest at CMJ, I visited two or three times per month for the last three months. I guess because I am not a member of the club, I shall be treated like a second-class. I have second thought to visit CMJ ever again, even though I have been enjoying my visits with the beautiful hostesses at the establishment. I hope I can get explanation from CMJ management for this overbooking issue.
Thank you very much for allowing me the opportunity to respond. I apologize for the delay. If you are who I think you are, and you appointment was this past Monday - my understanding is that you arrived about 6 mins early for your appointment, the hostess informed you there was no rooms available and you expressed no interest in waiting around. It is true that all the rooms had prior bookings but if you had waited, your 4pm would have been honoured though it may have been more like 4:05. We were extremely busy this past Monday and some of the ladies were running 5 to 10 mins behind schedule. I can assure you, member or guest, I would not tolerate anyone being treated "second class". Unfortunately if the day shift doesnt have an opportunity to relay to the night shift what has transpired and no one pics up the phone to ask questions, mix ups and confusion happens.

It is true CMJ welcomes guests, the private club concept is relatively new, some are scared off without even giving us a second thought. It's after they come as a guest that they truly realize how amazing the women are at CMJ and become addicted :) we have had many many guests convert to members. Membership does have its privileges and yes it's true, a member would get priority over a guest any day of the week but the guest would still be taken care of. For example, last week, one of the ladies booked herself a guest at the same time as Vicki was booking her a member! The members reservation was honoured and when the guest arrived, I personally greeted him at the door, explained the situation and gave him a generous voucher for his next visit. He came back, literally two days later.

CMJ continues to grow and with growth comes growing pains, we are human after all! However, with feedback such as this, we can take the appropriate steps to minimize these things from happening! As we speak, I am looking at promoting one of our senior hostesses (April) to be the exclusive east ends manager!

I don't know why you were told otherwise. I did try to call you a couple of time but was told you were not in the office. I understand you had been very busy over the expansion and renovation, so I stopped pursuing this matter further. You are very kind to ask me to contact you directly so that you can make it up to me, but I don't know if I could get hold of a busy lady like you, though. you should still try...Jas is a class act and i am sure she will do everything she can to make it up to you...just ask when she will be in and call at that time...

I am glad I just talked to Jas over the phone. She is really a classy lady. She is very generous to give me some house credits for next visit. I just wish I got hold of her and talked to her sooner. I am happy the whole thing is resolved to every body's satisfaction. Just wish Jas's continuing success on her business. I also like to thank solo223 for her encouragement to contact Jas.

Other worst experience with CMJ.

Jasmin is such a sweet heart she takes care of not only members but the guests as well, however, one of my close friend who visits CMJ almost every two weeks had very bad experience with one of the CMJ hostess. My friend also thinks that Jasmin is Gem of person but he says some of her girls are ditching her, like my friend disappointed not only once but twice. In spite have booked the hostess and even after confirming with Maya about the session my friend twice refused by hostess to honour the booked session with her, first time she was over booked and she just said she is not feeling well and my fried decided to go with other one then after finishing session found the same hostess was sitting and chatting with Maya in the office which was shocking experience to my friend since the same hostess started feeling well in 45 mins. which was unusual or may be with strong medications.

Second time my friend booked the session for an hr and he went with nice red wine for session but but but again the same hostess said she did not liked his checking on her after his session last time and she is not comfortable to do session with him, normally he always visits office and hug Jasmin or Maya after the session before departure. Oh gosh... my friend was completely disappointed and first time in last 11 years went to other SPA same day, as he is alway loyal client of CMJ for last 10 to 11 years. All the way we book the session then with great difficulties plus traffic and other appointments he tries to make the session appointment and he faces such terrible disappointment which is certainly not good for CMJ.

i booked with Maya early this week for last wednesday....she graciously asked me over text to re-schedule because she was not feeling well...i agreed to a later time 2 days later....the fact she may be in an office talking with another hostess doesn't mean she is feeling great....this job is demanding and you and your friend should consider that....i saw her last night, she was welcoming, warm, we had the wine (she doesn't drink much) and a wonderful session full of sensuality and softness....she is a wonderful little lady....and it may be that she didn't appreciate your friend poking his nose.......i suggest you let your friend spell it out instead of talking hearsay....with me she was gracious, welcoming and professional...i have nothing but good words to say about her...

add on note: the communication was excellent over text all week...not once did i feel she was playing me and she genuinely did good at offering me different times or another hostess...i declined the other hostesses because i wanted to see her specifically and we agreed on a time and she made good on it...

sometimes i just don't get the sense of entitlement some of you guys take for granted on the sole premise that you pay for a girl. Do you always feel so great that you always go through your days with a smile? This is a demanding job and these girls are human beings, more so they are women with what all this implies....they must deal with sometimes shaddy characters, un-hygeinic men, pushy and demanding people who think everything is their god given right to ask and get what they want, they do this sometimes the whole friggin day, showering, getting oily, showering again and again and again and they get barely a little over half what you pay.....they get groped at and grabbed where they don't want, some guys try their luck on them, are unpleasant and have no respect....

Tell your friend that next time he goes, maybe he should try to think about how it would be for him if he were in the girl's place and maybe have a little more forgiving outlook on things when his sense of entitlement gets crushed when the girl tells him she isn't feeling well....u know what....it happens and it will again in the future....
