That may be true as well, but the question asked if all time zones intersect in Antarctica and technically they do.

The antarctic is intersected by 24 latitudes, a latitude is not a time zone. Time zones are adopted and not imposed. An example is Newfoundland, that has adopted NST Newfoundland Standard Time, which is 1/2 hour later than EST.
