Instead of asking about someone I will give the answer to a question I get asked often. I will update what happened to C&M (Connie and Maggie). They were two of the most popular Asian (HK) SPs ever to grace Ottawa. They were way under priced despite many of us telling them they should charge more. And they became very good friends to some of us.
I was out of town working on a project when they suddenly disappeared at the end of 2012. Yes, the worst happened, they ran afoul of immigration. Their visitor visas had expired and they had married Canadian citizens in the hope of gaining permanent residency here. I had been helping Connie monitor her immigration application online and she needed to renew her HK passport as well. Sadly they suddenly left the country while I was away, they never confirmed they were deported but told me they could never return. I don't know if they simply were denied by immigration or if they got a complaint about their biz which led to their departure. At this point it's irrelevant and I don't ask anymore.
When they went back to HK they both worked in a restaurant together and were not very happy. They simply weren't used to working so hard for so little money. Connie had a strained relationship with her mother and was able to repair that after she moved home, so that is a plus for her. After a while Connie got a job related to security in the HK Subway system (she looks hot in a uniform ... lol) and I believe she has a BF. Connie has stopped responding to my messages and haven't heard from her in about a year. Maggie is still in touch and has found a position as an office manager and looks rather sexy in her office attire, of course she would look sexy in anything..... or nothing. Sadly Maggie tells me I am the only friend from Canada who still is in touch with her.
They have adjusted to a more mundane existence and miss the days of waking up late and working when they wanted. Going out to eat most days (they really don't like cooking) and taking the occasional weekend trip to Toronto for shopping and hitting their fave restaurants there. God I miss those trips, lots of food, sex, and while they shopped in the Pacific Mall I would take in the sights. It's amazing how sexy the Asian women dress to go shopping LOL. C&M knew what I was doing and would bring me a bubble tea and then we would head to the hotel for them to make me pay for looking at other women
So there you have it ..... that's most of what I know about them. They are doing well after a rough adjustment and both look great, life in HK agrees with them. They loved Canada but part of them is happy to be home. The only way I'll ever see them (probably only Maggie) would be if I were to go there, I have a standing invitation but unlikely to ever find an excuse to travel there to see her.
