If Prohibition was the 18th Amendment to the American Constitution and was repealed by the federal government, then it no longer exists.
There are still dry counties in the southern United States that have never repealed prohibition and selling of alcohol is not allowed.

There may be dry counties but that isn't Prohibition.
Prohibition - 18th Amendment to the American Constitution was enacted into law by the US government and then later the law was repealed. The prohibition remained in force by order of the some counties. While the sale of liquor is no longer prohibited by the Federal Government it is prohibited by the county.
Once prohibition by act of congress was repealed, local county government prohibited the sale of alcohol.
