I think the reason I only scored a 6 is because I have no regrets about the sex that I've done over the years. It's all been legal, I've never let it affect those around me, it's not interfered with my work, etc. etc.

I think if it was more of a "shit you've done and you can't believe it afterwards" I would have scored a lot higher.

But the bulk of the questions seemed to center around regretting sex, or trying to change sexual habits and the only regrets I have been with respect to shitty experiences, not that 40 guy gang bang I participated in in 1997.

Yeah, I guess with simple yes or no answers and no given time frame, it is what it is. For example: 31. Have you purchased services online for erotic purposes (sites for dating, pornography, fantasy and friend finder)? or 32. Have you used the Internet to make romantic or erotic connections with people online? I used to use chat lines to meet girls 25 years ago so if I said yes, does that bump my score up?

Or 36. Have you been sexual with minors? Would I knowingly have sex with a minor, no never. But I did have sex with a girl I met in a bar some 35 years ago. She was about to turn 16 and I had just turned 19. I assumed she was the same age or older than me. In fact she was the one hitting on me. But based on that, I would have to answer yes.

So again, based on some of the questions and the lack of time frame, I don't think the numbers can truly determine if one is considered a "sex addict". But then again, I'm not a psychologist.

With that said, I'm disappointed I only scored a 5. I was hoping for a higher score. :D
