I assumed he was exagerating. Thought that was obvious as there are very few people that are actually 600 pounds let alone a 600 pounder who is able to hobby.sorry, but you're an idiot. why would you start a thread saying you're 600 pounds..

Two possibilities. A) You are working a hard labour jobI'm in my 40's, no matter how much junk food I eat I never seem to get fat
Between 2 and 6 there are three keys!Typo Alert: I weigh 200 pounds. Typo due to fat thumb and tiny keys. The general pattern seems to be that we do add on pounds as we age.
C) I exercise regularly, plus I take vitamins and minerals to supplement my dietTwo possibilities. A) You are working a hard labour job
7 days a week. B) Only a portion of the content of what you eat
is processed and assimilated properly
You DO realize what a typo is, right?sorry, but you're an idiot. why would you start a thread saying you're 600 pounds..
I'm in my 50's and still weigh the same as I did in high school. Does not matter how much junk food or any other kind of food I eat, I can't gain weight. I tried eating ice cream every day for six months, same with cheescake - didn't gain an ounce.I'm in my 40's, no matter how much junk food I eat I never seem to get fat
Try introducing beer into your regular diet!I'm in my 50's and still weigh the same as I did in high school. Does not matter how much junk food or any other kind of food I eat, I can't gain weight. I tried eating ice cream every day for six months, same with cheescake - didn't gain an ounce.
I figure I have an efficient metabolism, and I eat really healthy, many small meals per day.
My mother is exactly the same.I'm in my 50's and still weigh the same as I did in high school. Does not matter how much junk food or any other kind of food I eat, I can't gain weight
BS. Plain and simple. Anything eaten in moderation is perfectly fine. That whole celiac disease/gluten free shit makes me want to puke. Just don't eat the whole fucking loaf, and you are fine...Also cutting out (or severely reducing) gluten from your diet will help a lot as well. I dont eat whole wheat or white bread anymore. I only eat Spelt bread which doesnt have genetically modified gluten in it.

The doctor who wrote that book, Dr. William Davis, is in his 50's and still as skinny as when he was in his 20's. More here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Davis_(cardiologist)
Interview:
I'm not perfect, sometimes I will eat at McDonalds.
But I try to limit it to no more than once every 2 weeks or so. I call them my cheat days.
FTR it isnt red meat, hamburgers or hot dogs that make you fat, its the buns that go around them that cause you to gain weight
You're a fucking idiot.BS. Plain and simple. Anything eaten in moderation is perfectly fine. That whole celiac disease/gluten free shit makes me want to puke. Just don't eat the whole fucking loaf, and you are fine...
I eat carbs, bread, meat, fish, vegetables, and I'm not fat. Because I make sure to measure out portions and don't over eat. And exercise.
Want to lose weight: Stop fucking eating.

And I've heard hundreds of stories like this in Toronto.I guess you have never met someone who is gluten intolerant or someone who has celiac disease.
My brother in law is gluten intolerant... the second he eliminated gluten he started sleeping better, had more energy, and lost 30 pounds in a few months
do you really weigh 600 pounds?
In case you didn't realize, Skyrider is actually Rockslinger using a different name. He was banned a few months ago and had been fairly low key for a while, but inevitably he can't help but show his true colours. If you are serious about weighing 600 lbs, you need help. Immediately. I'm not being judgmental, just stating a fact. See your doctor and explore options such as gastric bypass ASAP.
