I assumed he was exagerating. Thought that was obvious as there are very few people that are actually 600 pounds let alone a 600 pounder who is able to hobby.

7 days a week. B) Only a portion of the content of what you eat
is processed and assimilated properly.

In principle it should be possible to keep one's weight more or
less constant regardless of age simply by expending all the net calories
you body has assimilated through daily activities and exercise. In reality
no regular exercise can get rid of your middle-age spread. This is not to
downplay the importance of exercise to health. Exercise can certainly
keep you from becoming obese. It can at best only ameliorate
weight gain from common causes such as non-alcoholic fatty liver.

Also cutting out (or severely reducing) gluten from your diet will help a lot as well. I dont eat whole wheat or white bread anymore. I only eat Spelt bread which doesnt have genetically modified gluten in it.

My weight has not varied by more than +/- 5 lbs for the past 40 years. I have one of those rare metabolisms that can take almost anything I throw down my throat. I love bread, the wheatier the better, and eat quite a lot of it. I guess I'm an outlier from the general trend.

I'm in my 50's and still weigh the same as I did in high school. Does not matter how much junk food or any other kind of food I eat, I can't gain weight. I tried eating ice cream every day for six months, same with cheescake - didn't gain an ounce.

I figure I have an efficient metabolism, and I eat really healthy, many small meals per day.

Try introducing beer into your regular diet!
I am slim with a healthy metabolism... but the second I start to drink beer regularly I feel the weight packing on around the belly.

My mother is exactly the same.

And my sister is exactly the opposite. She can't lose weight if her life depended on it. She's been on 101 diets, none of them really worked

BS. Plain and simple. Anything eaten in moderation is perfectly fine. That whole celiac disease/gluten free shit makes me want to puke. Just don't eat the whole fucking loaf, and you are fine...

My brother in law is gluten intolerant... the second he eliminated gluten he started sleeping better, had more energy, and lost 30 pounds in a few months.
A friend of mine has celiac disease... ANY gluten gives her incredible stomach pains... even a few bread crumbs from a knife in a peanut butter jar can set her off.

At least you gents don't have menopause to deal with. It typically puts on 10-20 pounds and a lot of women lose their waists amongst other things.

And I've heard hundreds of stories like this in Toronto.

Rumor has it at least 30 to 50% of Caucasians are gluten intolerant. And that means intolerance to genetically modified gluten, not to normal gluten in Spelt bread.

Leave it to the Americans to come up with genetically modified food. High Corn Fructose Syrup was another wonderful thing they invented before that.

If you are serious about weighing 600 lbs, you need help. Immediately. I'm not being judgmental, just stating a fact. See your doctor and explore options such as gastric bypass ASAP.
