For once I am almost speechless. The photos are wonderful. It was high time that we had a series devoted to women of colour. They are second to no one. Never were and never will be. More please!

literally none of them are attractive....
You can't be serious... Unless of course you prefer anorexic or obese women then your comment would make sense! How about posting some pictures of what you consider "attractive".

Yet I'm sure you go for white girls that inject their lips and butts with silicone to get that 'black girl look' right? Fucking idiot. I remember a time when white folks thought black lips were 'ugly' Then Angie Jolie came along and your women couldn't wait or wished they had her lips. Black features are only acceptable to you idiots when they're on non black people.. To that i say... Fuck off.

Literally no white girl wants that "black girl look." They tan to look golden not black. Meanwhile every single girl in this thread has fake straight hair and photoshop to make them look lighter.

Btw, I'm not white.

Btw, this is what a pure black woman looks like.

Hope you meant the pictures of the girls originally posted by OP.

All shades are beautiful. Black or golden.

*White girls also wear extensions/fake hair too. It's just a lot less obvious because of the known hair type associated with the Caucasian/Asian race.
Fusions, clip-ins, some thread sew-ins, glue. Yeeeep.

But that was my point. When white/asian/mexican etc... women wear fake hair, the texture of the fake hair is the same as that of their own genetic hair and the hair of their race.

When a black female wears fake hair she rarely gets fake nappy hair. She gets fake hair that resembles that of other races.

I just think its hypocritical to shame people for not finding black features attractive when black women themselves are appropriating the traits of other races.

But I will leave this discussion at that since I think people might find it offensive ( like that guy who called me a fucking idiot based on what I am attracted to)

Im sorry to break it to you:

1. Black comes in many amazing shades not just very dark.
2. Blaming black women for straightening their hair is equivalent to blaming them for the effects of post colonial state of society.
3. I've worn an afro for the last few years and choose to straighten my hair a few days a go for variety (its the spice of life - or so I hear)
4. None white men fetishize Black women for what makes us exotic (so do white women) from the pronounced curves of our hips, the fullness of our lips, the plumpness of our breast, we don't have spider veins, rarely get cellulose and always age more gently.
5. Yes Black is indeed beautiful in every way.
6. Yes the effects of slavery has us at the bottom of the "what is attractive" hierarchy. But that has not stop us from showing that ample butts are indeed sexy, and large firm thighs that can surround you, blocking out all senses while you eat us out is incredibly hott.

I am a Black Woman who loves and appreciates all black women. I know my value, the worth of my warmth, care and talents. I'm over educated and can thrill in and out of the bedroom, because of my Island culture I am trained in the art of pleasing my partner and making him feel like a King. I'm confident with out being shrewd and that along with my perfect smile is what makes ME sex.

When someone says that they don't find any of the infinite types of Black Women attractive, I wonder whats gone wrong (but not for too long)

I am a proud Black Goddess

That is fair, but please understand that not all black girls have nappy hair, same way not all white girls have magically straight non-frizzy hair.

Weave or the type of extension come from many parts of the world, not just a few countries in Asia.

Some females, like myself sometimes get hair extensions that match the texture of my own hair, known as Brazilian or some other type that mimics my hair type when it is permed.

The only thing that alarms me is the not finding "black" features attractive. Sorry, could you explain that one to me?

I mean everyone has their own preference which is fine, but to specifically list a race's genetic make-up as unattractive is systematically racist, if you ask me. Or at least quite prejudiced. Appropriating what other traits exactly? Skin tone?

What features of the human body on a black girl is that much different from another race that you find it inherently necessary to state it as unattractive? I'd really like to know more.

You seem like a very sweet person. I really don't want to risk offending you or anything by talking about this further. I was just defending myself against that guy who called me a "fucking idiot."

But from your perspective, you shouldn't really care if I or others don't find black girls attractive. Obviously some men do which is why you are so popular here and can charge such high rates. Again, sorry for bringing this up.

I just thought I would throw in my two cents here .... I think women are beautiful and that includes black women. Dark, medium, light, it don't matter. I think the afro hairstyle is also sexy and liberating!

Thank you for your kind words. :) No need to be sorry.

Yes I am quite nice. I was genuinely interested because I do respect a difference of opinion.

Also because I have experience with this in the fashion industry.

Go to any runway show during fashion week, out of a line-up of 20-30 models, maybe 2 are not Caucasian? You'll have 1 that is black (maybe) and one or two exotic looking (Asian or South Asian).

Depending on the market, it can be quite racist and extremely harsh to girls of colour.

I've been to castings where I definitely felt insulted due to my skin tone but I feel like it is definitely a learning experience that humbles you.

I came across this article a while ago and thought it might be interesting.

A journalist sent out a picture of a female to 25 different countries and asked graphic designers to retouch her photo to what they thought and considered to be beautiful.

Interesting to see different perceptions of what is beauty all over the world.
What I found really interesting was the darkening and lightening of the skin tone (of the SAME photo) depending on the country, sometimes lighter than the majority of the population in that country, among other things like the level of conservatism and make-up.

Tell us how you really feel.
Remember I'm not a really person, this is all just on the internet you can let your guards down, have a seat lean back, take a deep breath and let it out.
I feel (on a thread to appreciate Black Women) you have a lot to say and I need you to know this a safe place filled with affection.
Go ahead we are listening.

Sips tea.

If you got offended though, I don't really care....
