Did Mr. Swieciaszek claim that his command of English was so poor that he didn't understand the warnings about recording inside the courtroom?

Stop changing the topic. A Swat team showed up....and "he admitted he has a computer" (along with a billion other people).

America is in the toilet, and the toilet is flushing. Good Riddance.

Yes, police served a warrant, that was lawfully issued by a judge, because the individual failed to comply with the laws of the state. Am I missing something here? What's this evidence of other than some whiney hag who decided to nag and nag and nag was told to shut up after her incessant yammering and a bunch of cops serving a warrant?

While I far from disagree with the point you raise, the problem is that the increasing use of military gear is driven by the increasing violence that has been associated with the serving of arrest warrants, drug raids etc. . . This has not happened in a vacuum.

....and we must not forget about the mayhem created when out of towners blaze trails to other distraught communities to offer their support during tough times

Sure, a guy who was involved in this prior crime making comments about Bin Ladin and bombing...yup no need to treat him as a concern:

SCRANTON - A Green Ridge section man faces simple assault, public drunkenness and other charges after allegedly jumping a pedestrian early Wednesday on Green Ridge Street.

Police said Adam Swieciaszek, 28, of 415 Marion St., was uncooperative and combative after his arrest, telling officers, "This is why America sucks and it should be bombed," and identifying himself as "Adam bin Laden."

According to arrest papers, Patrolman Jeffrey Vaughn was on patrol at 2:35 a.m. when he saw Mr. Swieciaszek exit a car and start punching a man who was walking in the 200 block of Green Ridge Street.

Mr. Swieciaszek claimed the man threw a rock at his car, but Patrolman Vaughn said nothing was thrown.

Just another nice man being repressed for no reason at all.

I guess the fact that he had been also charged with attacking his girlfriend's car in a crazy rage with AN AXE, and was only not convicted because the GF didn't show up at court would not cause any concern either.

Here is what he said on one of his video's home about the trial:

"After (four) years of abuse and torture and not feeding, she decided to leave/runaway from this pathological relationship. She left and I was not ready therefore wanted to imprison her in the basement. Melissa started to run towards the car, I was not able to keep up with her therefore I threw an axe and broke the rear windshield. Today at the court proceeding she did not show up since I have warned her not to come because I would have had the axe on me."

It is amazing how people who are rabidly anti-american will gobble up any crap they are fed.

Some of you make my LOL. But thank god for liveleak so you can tell us about the fall of the American Empire.

They brought a warrant team to serve a warrant. Haven't you ever watched "Detroit SWAT" on TV? They serve the bulk of the warrants. They don't send a SWAT team, they grab a handful of guys, give them a day off training, and send them out to serve a handful of warrants all at once. SWAT guys who may be on the SWAT teams just going around serving warrants. If they didn't have Kevlar helmets on, and if you took the ballistic shield away from the one guy, they would've looked just like normal cops. Since when does a kevlar helmet and a shield suddenly make an arrest over the top? Was anyone beaten? Was anyone treated unjustly? I don't think so. So where's the beef?

What military gear did you see? Kevlar helmets? Bullet proof vests? What makes them "military"?
My question is, was that totally nessasary ??? If you agree, to the way LE conducted themselves, then I believe, you live in fear.

this. totally not necessary based on the reason for the warrant
So the police should ignore his prior convictions for violent acts, his threats to use an axe, and his comments about bombing America?

Cool.

And here I thought Republicans lived in a bubble.

If you had to serve a warrant for a parking ticket on a motorcycle gang clubhouse, I guess you send one unarmed rookie based on the nature of the warrant?
