A nice house, Harley Davidson, BMW, Benz, lambo, ferrari, masiroti, lotus, jag, boats ( sail and motor ). I know real materialistic but you asked.
A large chunk would go,to Sick Kids Hospital who saved my grandsons life. You can say all you want about the Ornge scandal but those Health Care Pro's were Angels.
Why? Lotto winnings are settlement exempt in Ontario. As are inheritance and insurance pay outs.
And who do you think will get a lion's share of the "donated money"? You might want to check how much goes to Brass.

- Custom-built yacht based on an ARES 125 hull (look them up, 65 knots and sexy military sleek)

If I win a lottery while married, then get divorced in the following month, doesn't that increase the value of my Net Family Property as of the date of separation?
I recall years ago a guy who didn't claim his winnings until after his separation, and thought the courts overruled him on that.
Depends on how much I won.
If I won like 5 million, small plot of land (few acres) and a prefab home (2000 sq ft). And a used S500 Benz.
If I won around 15 million or so. I'd buy 20-30 acres of land and a prefab home (3000 sq ft) and a new Rolls Royce.
For both, I'd pay off any close family debts. New wardrobe and watch. Invest the rest and open some businesses.
