Hey spacy... it's about that tin foil hat you are wearing...

Do you want a fleet of planes overhead with giant search lights, too?

Perry
Hey Perry, would you say the same if your wife or child was on that plane ?

It does not matter if plane has crashed. Loved ones want at least one physical proof. And yee whatever it takes I think it should be done. This is not a drill.

Whatever it takes is, more often than not, controlled by what ever is available to do what it takes. The list of assets that have sent out to do the search is incredibly long from all around the world. It's not like they been shrugging it off. There have some short comings, but there always is in the initial phase as no one has a complete picture.

That's correct. Newbies are always encouraged to stay on deck rather than head down. This is a common suggestion sailboat owners have for guests. Who knows what wet dream black rock was having when his brain concocted that fantasy

Exactly.

His fantasy life takes over and he fills in the blanks. Unfortunately for him, in a forum with such diverse knowledge bullshitters get outed whenever someone feels so inclined to bother pointing it out.

The classic response is to dig themselves deeper. IN Blackrocks example he follows up with saying his two options were to take cover in the bilge or stand out on deck and get washed overboard!

Whatever it takes? Ok, it takes $100 million dollars and perhaps some more human lives to be lost in the most treacherous ocean on the planet in the wort season to be out there.

Now the question is.... will YOU chip in even $250 and your son to go try (no guarantees) find and recover a plane torn to shreds likely 1,500 miles from shore? To discover what?

So which one are you, mizaru, kikazaru, or iwazaru? When one appears the others are sure to be not far behind.

Actually SC, I had to get off the deck because only those involved in the operation of the vessel were allowed to be there, but then you know better, cough. I wasn't in the bilge either. Now who's got his fantasy wig on.

lol..i cant get this picture out of my head of Blackrock having the characteristics of a yappy, caffeinated Jack Russell, either running in circles trying to bite off his own tail, or alternately leaping at every shadow that floats by, trying to wrestle them to the ground...

They are doing whatever it takes but not at the risk of losing other lives.

As others have said (including the media), those are very treacherous waters and when the sea is turbulent with low cloud ceiling and high winds, both air and water searches are perilous to do.

Also, even if valiant efforts are made, it's very unlikely that there are survivors. In time, they will recover remains and wreckage.

Rockie reminds me of that Simpsons episode with Frank Grimes. You should DL it and watch it just for fun.
Frank hated Homer because Homer never really worked hard, and yet accomplished much more then he ever could.

Also, Frank lived above a bowling alley :biggrin1:

Oh, so the boat didn't have a main level pilothouse with windows?

I wasn't allowed in the pilot house at the time, since I wasn't crew. For someone's continually trying to trip me up, failing at almost every turn, you'd think, a smart guy like you would know it's called a ship, not a boat. It really not that hard to figure out for those who care to.

Been on 40 foot swells once in my life on the North Sea. I didn't lose my lunch, but had to retreat the lowers decks, sweat it out, and not look out the portholes, no thanks.
Oh shit! You must be mrs Loki's brother. At one time in your life you might have been in a rowboat that was tied up at a dock. You have had more fictional experiences than a Robert Ludlum character.

Once more you talking out of your asshole. Remember the time you'd said I'd claimed to have been in the Balkan War, but then back out when you were called on it. SOP for you cubby, mouth in first gear before brain engaged.

I also have posted that you are a total idiot, a 3 dollar bill, and have a very small winke.
