Okay, but then we have to drug-test all City councillors, not just Rob Ford.
I mean, fair is fair right??!!!
And when I say drug-test them, I mean all hair.
Hair on top of the head, chest-hair, pubic hair....the works!!!! Nothing should be left off the table!!

Now you want to add more rules and tests and make us raise our taxes just for revenge for Ford being a screwup?
How about drug tests for all those who lie about previous DUI's or substance abuse?
How about drug tests for all those who are accused of domestic violence?
How about drug tests for all those accused of being dealers at some point in their life?
How about drug tests for all those whose staff suggest they go into rehab?
That should narrow it down and not cost the city so much.
Oh, wait, that means only Ford would get tested, since he's the only one I know about that's done any of the above.

Oh look...you failed to mention that he was paying full market rate for his suite in a mixed occupancy subsidized building! The smear campaign lives! And if Olivia knew about the parlour and approved, exactly what is the problem? Was a law broken? Was he smoking crack with gangsters??????
If you think it would make it fair, then sure, test them all.
And would you be ok if they came back with only one positive test on all of council?
I'd be willing to bet that most of them are pretty responsible adults.

If the Star is such a rag why has ford not launched any lawsuits? He claims that the paper is continually going after him. I can't be certain but I think a large part has to do with the fact that he doesn't think he can win those suits. Furthermore, can anyone prove that the past attacks have been false? The current one about the video is faltering but I think we need to give it time.
I saw a spreadsheet someone made of a timeline of all the jackass things this guy has done and well..... he's pretty much every ist you could think of. But I'd put all that aside if he was doing a good job.
But then him or his brother go around claiming to have saved billions for the city. A reporter took them to task on this and wronte an article. Now granted it was on the internet so who knows...... but can anyone show the billion that's been saved?
The fords should just shut up. Telling Wynne to get her own affairs in order is the weakest dodge. In that case no one should be questioning others.
I don't really care if he's done crack. I'm just amazed that with all the stuff he's done prior to this that he could have any support. To me it highlights how deeply entrenched the idea of left and right is for people. People who lean to the right support Ford..... okay not all but my point is that what ever happened to looking at specifics. Why can't a politician have some left and right ideas. Both models have merits in moderation. But instead we are forced to choose between two extremes.

I hope the majority of people in the real world don't care about this circus. I don't think Premier Wynne really cares either but thought she should say something nebulous in public.

In my 40+ plus years of living on this planet, I have never encountered this much hatred for an elected official. Its a little scary to be frank.
