I love TV but Rogers overcharged me on my phone bill and wouldn't reduce it so I cancelled my cable with them. I called Bell to hook up VIBE tv, but they said there was some problem after I waited 7 hours for them to arrive. Called them to find out what the problem was - they couldn't find my file, had no idea what went wrong. I'm not going to beg to pay companies for their services. They want my money, come get it. For making me wait 7 hours and fucking up the order, call me pronto the next day, tell me you're going to be there in an hour, waive the setup fee, and we're good. If not, I don't want your services and your company can eat a dick.
