Thanks. I'm not a big fan of medication. Is there a "natural" cure or solution?

I've dealt with them off and on for years and it seems to happen more frequently during times of stress. So I try to avoid stress as much as possible but sometimes other people cause it. :( lol

Also not a fan of medication..... I don't think there is a real 'cure'. As others have mentioned things like meditation, relaxation techniques, etc. can help.

Paxil
.I have never dealt with them but i know someone who had severe anxiety attacks Paxil has Side effects... see a doctor and weigh the pros and cons. I'm very resistant to the thought of using antidepressants but i know they help some people...

Someone close to me got better after taking it but the side effects were significant.

Lorazepam is excellent, but habit forming. It treats the symptoms, but not the problem.
Cymbalta is excellent. St John's Wort is an okay herbal treatment.
Therapy can be helpful for sure. I hope his helps. It's an awful feeling for sure.
Oh, and a good sloppy BJ is the best of course!

Try taking a Vitamin B+C complex; you can find these at your local pharmacy. It is a natural solution for anxiety sufferers; these vitamins are water soluble, so they simply pass out of your body though your urine.

I take a B-stress complex vitamin which I find helps. Herbs like valerian and hops can also help calm you but can also become habit-forming. Yes, even herbs can be habit-forming. :(

Unless it's profound anxiety, it's easily tamed by cutting out caffeine in all forms, exercising intensively for at least 20 minutes a day, alternating meditation/yoga and other grounding exercises, and getting connected to other people.

Anxiety is not something to be Paxil'ed out of you, but to listened to. Your anxiety is telling you something about your life you need to pay attention to. Don't medicate it, listen to it.

Meditating on its own can do wonders. So too eliminating caffeine. Just those two changes solve 50% of most people's mild-to-moderate anxiety.

B Vitamins and magnesium can also do wonders.

You can never underestimate how much intensive aerobic exercise can make a huge difference.

Keep a journal. Figure out what events precipitate the attacks, and in which circumstances they most often occur. Be careful with yourself at these times and places. Plan strategically. Google square breathing. Carry and object that comforts you, or an affirmation on paper (it is important that it be in concrete form like this). Do not panic because you're having a panic attack. Simply accept it as a process that goes through you, not a process you go through. Envision it as an entity separate.

There’s that Big Heart again :)

I didn't mean drink the Guinness, if you snort the foam back hard so it fills your sinuses it will relieve any anxieties.

One word............XANAX! Get a script from your doc. It does work. Only thing is it takes a while to work if you only take one while the attack is in progress. The only way to moderate prevention is to take a daily dosage in the morning and evening to keep consistent levels in your blood stream.
