Try taking a Vitamin B+C complex; you can find these at your local pharmacy. It is a natural solution for anxiety sufferers; these vitamins are water soluble, so they simply pass out of your body though your urine.
I wish my name was Herb.I take a B-stress complex vitamin which I find helps. Herbs like valerian and hops can also help calm you but can also become habit-forming. Yes, even herbs can be habit-forming.![]()
Laughter helps to relieve anxiety? Can't help but notice that a lot of the punsters and silly posters seem to be the ones with anxiety issues. Any connections between the two?
Keep a journal. Figure out what events precipitate the attacks, and in which circumstances they most often occur. Be careful with yourself at these times and places. Plan strategically. Google square breathing. Carry and object that comforts you, or an affirmation on paper (it is important that it be in concrete form like this). Do not panic because you're having a panic attack. Simply accept it as a process that goes through you, not a process you go through. Envision it as an entity separate.
Several glasses of Guinness, the thick creamy head comes from mixing nitrogen into the beer when poured. :thumb:Is there a "natural" cure or solution?
One word............XANAX! Get a script from your doc. It does work. Only thing is it takes a while to work if you only take one while the attack is in progress. The only way to moderate prevention is to take a daily dosage in the morning and evening to keep consistent levels in your blood stream.Anybody here suffer from anxiety attacks?
