The whole thing sounds like a mess. I imagine the car getting broken into, mugged in the elevator, and a police raid mid ride....forget it, no thanks.
More like about ten years ago.A body was found behind there a couple of years ago now. Sketchy, yep, that's for sure.
Truth is she was distraught, fighting with the BF, was drunk and high and went for a walk in the middle of night. She stopped to take a pee by the ravine in the back of building 200 and passed out and died. She did not jump.
Car fires happen every few months in the undergrounds. Mostly in 101 for some reason, but 100 gets its fair share as well.
CAS remove children from the 100 and 101 weekly
DRP police raid a drug house about once a month.
Escorts/incalls busted strictly based on work - twice in 5-6 years.
Best buildings are 200 and 201. More adult based, higher rent with higher income renters, and maintained more and better by staff and housekeeping.

Story on that is a distraught young lady from one of the buildings stripped down and decided to take a high dive from the 12th floor.
Femme knows her stuff, that's for sure. This stuff doesn't make the news, so be forewarned boys, DRP is always in this enclave for one thing or another. I believe there was an agency busted, not too long ago, that worked a building there, most guys know the one.

Sandra, you don't need to live in any particular building to know the area in question. Most people that live in a certain town know these areas by the reputation that they have. These are well known to the people of Whitby.
