Curious that the police have not released the pictures of the suspect. With all the cameras in the Eaton’s Center, would expect they could follow his movements before and after the shooting. People would better remember the person by the cloths he was wearing.

Whites seem to commit more white collar crimes and they get away with it too. How many of these people ever pay back the money they stole or even do any hard time? But you guys go all bonkers when blacks are involved in shootings and break-ins.
Probably because you have hundreds of people walking in and out of the Eaton centre throughout the course of the day, he may have not been wearing exactly the same clothes walking into the mall then he did when doing the shooting (or he may have simply been wearing the clothes differently) that and most security camera's are not known for their quality, it can take time.
History, cultural evidence, fear, Dudley Laws and other idiots, indifference, ignorance, community inertia, etc...
Let's say he was. Or are you assuming non Blacks think a certain way? Maybe behave a certain way? Like a stereotype perhaps?
Yeah, all people who just have Black friends think alike, even dress alike too. The hard reality about opinions is everyone has them and none of them are the same. Opinions might even be born of stereotyping. So what? There might some truth to it.
The simple truth of the matter is that young men of Jamaican descent commit a disproportionate amount of the crime in the GTA. The Star tried doing a story about it years ago and got blasted for being racist. More like telling it like it is.
You raise a good point. There is indeed toxic and dysfunctional elements in the black community. Why don't people address the issue of missing fathers in so many black kids lives? I think this alone accounts for much of the problems in their community. You also have to wonder about the mothers. They see that the father seldom sticks around and they themselves cannot afford to raise their existing kids, yet they continue to breed.
Incidentally, I live downtown not too far from Regent Park, Moss Park and it is not uncommon to see white trash mothers with babies fathered by a black man.

Street criminals would make very poor soldiers. They'd just as soon kill the commanding officer than the 'enemy'. The solution is to make them work, so they provide some sort of benefit to society, and help pay down the cost of housing them in prison.
Police say in a news release that they think they know the identity of the shooter. They are not releasing information on the shooter because they are hoping for more witnesses to come forward, and don’t want to contaminate witness information. Was one shooter, one gun, targeted shooting.
Guy that died was shot several times, and had gang links.

This leads me to another thought.. I woed the day cell phones started having cameras for this reason. There is a pic there of bystanders all holding up their dumb phones hoping to get a good pic or vid so they can brag about being there later to their friends/families. (Some of them are smiling.) I'm sure many of them are isheep. The next celeb that dies in a public area will get it worse than Lady Di. Crowds will surround the dying person with their phones aimed at him/her and not one will offer to help cause all they care about is getting that death shot/vid.

Offering little cooperation and doing nothing is a little different. Often their lack of cooperation is done so under a real fear of retaliation from the gangs.
