I gave up on reporting asian b & s long ago, it would be less time consuming to report the occasions when a real photo was used ! By the time I was asked to look into this moonbay had updated the photos, so it was after the fact I just thought I'd throw it out there on this site to see what moon bay had to say for them selves, so we'll see what they say and take it from there. To their credit they have done a fairly good job of running a clean operation, let's see what they have to say...
Don't know what else you want them to say... they already said they got the pics from her.. how much of that is truth.. shrugs. I can't expect much more from an agency, they posted accurate pics after, and acknowledged it. In this industry, that's a pretty big thing on it's own.
Ideally this never happens.. but my list of ideal things goes on for awhile.
I expect them to explain why they lied with the photoshop excuse. The photo they used is not of the girl working for them as Sunny. The agencies are in fact fully responsible for the photos, weather they came from the girl or not the agency has it's own reputation at stake and should not be so gullible to believe the photos or the stories that come with them are real.
There is a stigma associated with Asian Bait and switch and if Moonbay wants to distance them selves from that stigma and the questionable agencies that practice these techniques then they need to work harder to maintain the trust that they've apparently built.

We don't want to look for any excuse. It was our mistake and we admit it.
It's our responsibility to make sure the pics are real. The pics were proved fake ones.
So from now on, we won't use any pics provided by girls. We will take pics for them.

Moonbay has followed up to my emails and posted similar responses here, a valuable lesson learned by all. With cameras so readily available in our culture these days there's no reason to have to rely upon a girl or her agent whom you've never met. To maintain the integrity of your agencies reputation take the pics yourself!

Video!!, cell phone pics can be great, just use an app like Jigg recommended. We basically want to see the girl for who she is.. not the bs studio version

We got Nikon SLR so it's easy to take pics for the girls.
About half hr outcall, it is difficult cuz it costs more than 1hr to do half hr outcall. And if the traffic is terrible, it could take longer.
Drive to pickup girl, 15min, go to customers' , 15min, 30min session, go back 15min .

Thing with SLR, you don't have the cool stuff like instagram and other apps can do with the photos. But yea.. I think Video would be really great
I get the half hour doesn't make too much sense for you.. but the rates of 260 for outcall is pretty steep. If it was 200. I'd partake regularly. Just me though. If you have enough business doing incalls for what your rates are, and the outcalls at the current rate.. shrugs. so be it.
