that's stupid how do they verify with the computer that it was a win or not? do they talk to them? xDI was just at Fallsview Casino on the weekend. There is a notice attached to every slot that states that any errors and malfunctions will result in money not being paid out. Basically, just because the machine says you win, you don't officially win until it is verified.
Exactly. How do they check the software to see if you loose all the time? Perhaps a software malfunction is causing people to loose more than they should. Guess they would never look into that. I wonder if you could claim software malfunction and ask for your money back?

Does it also say that a large payout is a malfunction.I wonder what the maximum payout is on the machine he was playing. If it's less than the equivalent of 58 million bucks which it most certainly is then he doesn't have a leg to stand on. All the casinos I've been to in Canada and the States have disclaimers on the machine to the effect that malfunction voids all plays.
Heh, don't worry about a large payout at the slots cause it generally doesn't happen. If you play them knowing that you're going to lose whatever money it is you're willing to spend on it you'll be fine.Does it also say that a large payout is a malfunction.

Yep, and me being a Yankee and a former punk guy with no kids--wife, just in town to have a "good old time", would be told sorry if I hit the big jackpot. The machine has malfunction and made an error say you had won.I was just at Fallsview Casino on the weekend.
