iw as with one and we had rules set in place to make it cool that she kept doing her job. i never got jealous or mad at her over her job cuz at the end of the day it is just that, a job. i would even go so far as to ask her about her day and stuff like that cuz it never bothered me in the slightest what she did. however one night she fucked a guy that was not a client, no money exchanged and she broke 1 of the rules we had, i told her that was cheating and ended it.

Have you ever been involved in an UNPAID relationship with a sex worker? I am talking boyfriend/girlfriend or even husband/wife, where each party recognized the other as an SO or similar. Not just a date off the clock, a freebie, or a friendly relationship, but a serious, real, long-term romantic relationship with someone who was a sex worker or had been one--SP, MPA, stripper.
I already clicked "No, but I would be open to one" before I read Fuji's post.
I did date a stripper for the summer about 20 years ago.

Is a stripper an actual sex worker ?

Yes. Dated for a month. She continued to work as an SP. It ended badly for reasons completely unrelated to being an SP. I was actually completely fine with it.

comon..... RELATIONSHIP is not the term for it... more like bootycall

I don't think any guy in here could call it a relationship knowing his girl is an SP

Yes, if strippers count.
She was from some small town outside of Montreal. Lasted just shy of a year.

How on earth can you have a relationship with a woman who has upwards of 10 different dicks in her mouth for 5 or 6 days a week.

Maybe not everyone is as obsessed with other guys' dicks as you are.

I'm surprised the poll is over 60% yes. When I think "relationship", I think girlfriend. For some reason, I don't think all the "yes"es fall into that category.

7 different chicks have been either my girlfriends or my friends. They insist I'm a nice guy and they want to talk to me.

Yet I still don't get any unless I pay.

I'm a COMPLETE LOSER!!!
Lol! Don't beat yourself up batman. Fuck, your paying either way you look at it! I think Eldoguy was right on the money with his comment. My take, don't put yourself in a position to get played . You shouldn't put more into a realtionship than you can afford. Like my old hapkido sensei used to say about woman. "How can you trust someone that bleeds one week every month and doesn't die". (his wife was a stripper and he put countless men in the hospital catching her turning tricks outside the clubs and did time for nearly killing a guy he found in bed with his wife when he came home early from a tournament).

Totally not worth the grief!

the road of life.....
The high "yes" count shows just how farcical is the whole "it's just a job" line. The potential for the line between job and life to be crossed is never that far away.
Great point. I was just thinking to myself, I wonder if there is one SP that we all think has fallen for us (as indivuduals). Would that be farcical, ironic, or a bit of both?

That "line" is an internal rationalization. Easily constructed, and just as easily dismissed.

Yes I did she was my ATF and we have known each other for 9 years now. We didn't go out as "couple" until after she retired. We were together for a year until one day she said she doesn't love me, never have , never will. Boy that was a hell of a fight. That night she phone me as I was about to see another SP and kind of ruin the mood of that date. She told me that she didn't really mean it and that she did love me but the way I wanted. We're still friend now and see or talk to each other at least once a month as we live in different area.

Yes I would have a relationship with an sp that that I really cared for. Over the years I have only seen 2 sp's that I would consider having a real relationship with. Sometimes you just seems to click with someone. I did discuss it with one but thats as far sa it went......
