I have to agree with you on this one. Driveby is probably the most challenging way to do it because of the stigma associated with kidnap and murders. That's why it was the first time I ever succeeded. I went out yesterday did 5 more approaches, all turned down. I have by far more successful in getting dates and numbers when I am on foot in parks, streets, or malls. Never got instant lay by doing daytime pickup though, I don't offer money, and there is always a logistical problem - where do you go? Mall washrooms are pretty crowded and dirty, and I don't do it near where I live, what if I run into my neighbour's daughter or something?
I like your playful funny approach, I use it sometimes too, especially for getting regular dates, not instant lay. For instant lays, you have to escalate / or make the "sleazy requests" pretty early on in the conversation, I find it difficult to do in a crowded place like Eaton center where people around you can hear you, and the girl - even if she had a wild side to her will be pretty reluctant to accept your offer when people are looking at you two. That is another reason I driving around looking for girls in a not-so-crowded streets so that you can feel free to verbally escalate, but not in a completely deserted suburban streets either - where the girl feels danger. The best environment is sparsely populated streets where you can see people but can't hear what they are talking about, so that you appear just talking to a friend you run into.
