With this type of service why does a girl need to work with an agency, from what I see she'd be better off as an independent... I generally avoid agencies since I prefer the SP get to keep more of the money she earns and I like to deal directly with a provider on the phone...

For her customer service means - The customer is wrong and i'm right and take it or leave it. It has been intesting to read her responses here to requests for more pics. She feels irritated by such requests. Rather than putting up new/more pics to actively promote the girls (who give her $40 everytime they service a client for half hour) she thinks people should be satisfied by whatever is dished out to them. It's an attitude that is exact opposite of good customer service.
