I have been on the internet for about 6 years now and find that men in some countries consider any woman with large breasts to be a BBW regardless of the rest of her body. I imagine that is the case with the lady in the first picture. IMO she would be considered as busty or curvy. The girl in scouser1's post I would think of as curvy or plumper which is another common term.

There is such a range on this subject.... healthy, curvy, plumper, BBW, SSBBW and not to leave the men out....BHM or SSBHM!

I think as long as you consider the woman attractive to YOU...that's what's sexy!

Like a few people in this thread I have to agree that the term BBW is vague in today's society. Myself, I find that a lady with curves and a bit of warmth make for an even better time together between the sheets. I have also been told that it seems to be a similar feeling with women and me. I have that a little teddy bear middle but at 6-2, 210, I can smile and say that is one of the best compliments I ever recieved. Trust me ladies it goes a lot farther than being called nice. But to go back to it, if you are into that then rock on. Of course there is a point when it just becomes gross for both sexes. I mean guys if you are close to 300 pounds (like I was once) and that goes for you ladies it just isn't pretty. Sorry to sound like a jerk but lets be honest here. It's not healthy when it gets WAYYYYY to big and it isn't that attractive either.

Rockslinger, BBW officially stands for #1 on your list, "Big Beautiful Woman". It was originally invented to be a *positive* term to describe a woman who is overweight, to show that all women, including heavier girls, are still beautiful and sexy too. But as another has pointed out, the term has sometimes come to have a negative meaning (when really it shouldn't) because of men who look at it to refer to women bigger than they're willing to have sex with.

As for Gianna, she's not a BBW by a longshot. She's busty, she's curvy, she's voluptuous, but she's definitely not a BBW. She'd probably have to gain about another 50 lbs to be that.

And is anyone else here familiar with the fact that her name isn't Gianna Michaels but actually Gianna Rossi? Anyone who reads the Score Group magazines will see her listed as Rossi (and to my knowledge the Score Group is one of those rare magazine companies that doesn't lie in their copy). Something tells me she's a super-hot Italian woman with an agent who decided she'd be more marketable and popular if she had a more "American-sounding" last name. With a body like hers ... she doesn't need to change her name, lol! ;)

I mean to me I think most of the women that have been mentioned here might want to be renamed Amazons or Bombshells. Curvy with looks and attitude that can blow any man away. Gianna Michaels, nor any of the other ladies that Becky showed, are not even close to being BBW in my opinion (based on my experiences with women who are BBW). They are curvy and busty (and absolutely hot and sexy). The type of women I would dream of having sex with!

Ditto for Molly, only in this case, no dreaming required! ;)
