what a joke!! Sadly these B&s ads must work otherwise these scammers wouldn't continue to do this. I feel bad for the guys who get dupped and don't turn the Switch gal away.

CK is excellent for picking out those bait and switch ads and tracing the source picture!

Whoever those people are whether independents or some underground agency consistently use the same three or four different phone numbers in the ads as well.

Idea

Here is an idea, if only I had the time to act on it: Each time the Cowboy finds one of these fake pics, one of us Terbies takes the real pic (ie the copied one that he found) and posts it back on CL saying that the original posting is a fake. This has two benefits. First, Ottawa CL viewers will be warned and will be able to stay away from the scam artists. Second, eventually it will not be so worthwhile to post the fake pics and some of it may stop.
