What do SP's think about when they're at work?

I've often wondered about what goes through the mind of an SP when she's spending an hour or two with a client. What do they think about to pass the time? With this question in mind, I always remember an interview with a stripper on a TV documentary program about the sex trade and she mentioned that while she's immersed in her lap dance she would typically be thinking about what to buy for her boyfriend's or child's birthday, etc.

I can certainly accept that some SPs will find some clients physically hot, personable and desirable and that they will be able to fully immerse themselves in the moment and fully enjoy the physical and mental experiences. However, what about the rest of us? I find it hard to believe that any SP could possibly enjoy the experience with the majority of her clients, let alone with all of them. What about those clients whose bodies have undergone the ravages of time, those clients who have had average or sub-average looks ever since were young, those clients who are well "over the top" with regards to age, etc. Personally speaking, I could not get physically excited about being with a 60-year-old lady even though I'm that age myself and obviously that must work both ways. It seems to me that the often talked about "YMMV" phenomenon is closely tied up with matters such as these(?)

I'd be very interested to know how SP's handle their regular meetings with clients who are not hot young studs and whose bodies have seen better days. What do they think about when they're on the job with these clients? If you think about all of these issues you will soon realize that the job of an SP is a much more difficult one than we may often realize.

There have been some very interesting and elucidating comments here, especially from the ladies themselves. I don't think the work of an escort can realistically be compared with a regular nine-to-five sort of job where you're working (or supposed to be working) continuously and where the mind inevitably tends to wander. It's a job which requires paying special attention to a particular person (often a stranger) for a relatively short period of time (typically one hour), so it's probably more analogous to attending an important committee meeting or delivering a lecture. I recall that my mind used to wander a lot during those activities but I learned how to keep up appearances!

Creating a poll would require knowing or assuming the answers to the questions before asking the questions themselves. As noted by The Lurker above, only an experienced lady would possess that sort of knowledge. I can certainly understand why some ladies would prefer to retain anonymity in this matter.

There have been some very helpful, thoughtful and encouraging comments here from some well known and highly respected escorts. One can therefore conclude that the large majority of escorts take their work seriously and have their clients' well-being at heart. I must say that I was particularly encouraged by Barbara's comments regarding the age of her oldest client!

Without a doubt, the most important thing to most if not all clients and escorts is being treated in a kind, friendly and respectful way so that the clients' fantasies can be fulfilled and remembered with pleasure.
