Dear friends,

It is with a touch of sadness in my heart that I must write you this letter. My time in this hobby is about to come to a close and there seems so much I want to say and so many of you I feel so happy to have known. The time has come in my life to take on new challenges and I'm sorry to say that means I must also leave this hobby behind. It is difficult for me to tell you what this has all meant to me. When I started (over 2 years ago) with "the other agency" I never thought I would last this long. The luv sisterhood made a huge difference and I can't thank them enough. So to Stacey, Michelle and Raphaelle I solemnly offer my humblest gratitude.

The other half of the equation is all of you. Your kindness, generosity and support has meant that I could get back on my feet financially. It meant that I could finish my master degree, fix my teeth (LOL) and more. It's also renewed my faith in humanity and made me feel genuinely welcome. I didn't think when I started in this hobby that such real gentlemen could be found. Sincerely, I thank you. In fact I don't think I would have stayed in this hobby as long as I have if you hadn't all made it so much fun! How does a girl say no !? Truthfully It's been great, in fact it has been so much fun that it has started effecting my "day job" so, I need to change my focus to my other life and put all of those years of university education to use! It was not an easy choice to make to make but I feel that it's what I need to do.

I will miss you all a lot. I will miss the excitement, I will miss going on trips and touring with my "sisters". In fact the only thing I will not miss is living a "double life" and having to lie to family, friends and/or co-workers about what the hell I am doing every month in Ottawa or why I need to go to Vegas again or how I can possibly take another week off and afford a trip to London??? That is stressful! But when I look back at the "LUV" years, I know I will only remember the good times I had. I think it was Frank Sinatra who sang "regrets, I had a few, but then again, too few to mention..."

To all the gentlemen of Ottawa, you made Ottawa my favorite city to visit. To all the Ottawa ladies, thank you, for always being nice to me and making me feel welcomed.

To all you terbites, thank you for always showing me respect. I had a blast playing and talking with you on this board...but make no mistakes...I am not completely saying good bye to you! Although I will no longer be a paid advertiser, I will keep my handle and come check on you from time to time...

Last but not least. Thank you to those who helped us get started with the Luv Sisters...(You know who you are)...none of this would have been possible without you.

Gabrielle I am glad you can look back on you time fondly. You also showed us respect and kindness. Make no mistake, you will be remembered fondly too and sorely missed. The best of luck on your ventures and may that new grill blind all opposition! :D

You're very welcome Gabrielle, it was my pleasure to help "smooth" things out a bit. I am no master of English, just a well intentioned padawan (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Padawan) :) .

It is a pleasure to know you and it has been a pleasure to have you visit. The common understanding of this hobby is mired by all the worst and negative aspects which are constantly reinforced by those who either don't know any better or don't want to know any better. Unfortunately this common understanding is what many on both sides of the hobby internalize, believe at some level and therefore treat their counterparts with a kind of fundamental mistrust and lack of respect.

Thank you for being the antithesis of that attitude. You have conducted yourself with grace and class and you deserve to be proud that you are leaving the hobby a little better than you found it.

In short, I thank you and I will miss you. I wish you all the best in your future, as you have proved to us many times, whom ever is the recipient of your full attention is very fortunate indeed.

I will be retiring too after seeing Gab for one final time ............... as a Luv Brother anyway .......... or maybe two times, time permitting on both sides but it looks like one of her secret admirers has booked the final noon "quickie" spot I was thinking about on the 8th ....Damn! Should have reserved it anyway but I didn't want to hold up a spot that I may have to cancel being the sweet baby luv brother I am .... lol .... that could be a priceless spot to auction off at eBay ... lol .... :) Who's the first bidder??? LOL .... really love your little sentimental side and I am sure I will miss that too ..... yes, i have worked (and traveled) way too much but I think my depression affected me more than anything else ... it still does ... hopefully, you will be enough to cheer me up again ....

I didn't quite read it that way that Raph was meant to be "the fireworks", sillly! I thought the fireworks was supposed to be provided by all of your fans and your secret admirers .... I thought she is just being your good companion for your "supposedly" final tour .... and take over the torch of the Luv sisterhood ... it is her regular "monthly vist" time anyway .... lol ... (a month from her last visit) had you not decided to make it your final tour time too ....

See what happens when you didn't get the Luv Brotherhood involved in your farewell planning .... we could have made sure you have all the ingredients for the fireworks ... you know, it takes more than two ingredients to make fireworks ... more like 4 minimum if you know what I mean .... LOL ...

Nevertheless, I will make sure you will have something very special to remember, cherish, and to be very proud of for our fun time together .... that 200-hour (or maybe 300 hour) thing will sure surprise you (if i manage to have it in time) and expose u as the only silliest and sweetest sister of all to deserve it ... :)

Dear Gabrielle,

I knew from the very first time I laid eyes on you … way back when you were at the “other agency” that you were something special. What I didn’t know was how special you really were. From the get go, you were determined to do things your way regardless of what some may think or say. You believed in yourself, trusted your instinct and stayed true to your values. To quote The Lurker “You have left the "Biz" better than you found it” is a testament to you that's worth repeating. You don’t have to go too far back in the archives to know how special Gabby is. All you have to do is scroll up to the top of this thread and read her post.

Now, as you saddle up one last time and begin to ride west into the sunset, I hope it doesn’t mean the end of the Luv Sisters. I am highly anticipating the blockbuster sequel Luv Sisters II. … With your keen eye to detail and strive for perfection, I am certain you will be a great coach and mentor to others who would like to make a name for themselves in this business. Just trying to be an optimist!

It is soooooooo NOT the END of the Luv Sisters: Raphaelle is still around, the one and only original sister Stacey is back...AND...(I was gonna save the surprise for later but here you go)... (Drum roll)...Michelle is making a come back as well!!! ...PLUS: We think we may have found another "Luv material" gem to join the sisterhood!!! So, it looks like starting next month there will be , for the very first time, 4 ACTIVE sisters at the same time! Now I don't call this the END of the Luv Sisters..."au contraire" see how the sisterhood is growing and we will always do our best to make sure that it does not only grow but that it also lives up to its reputation by constantly offering the quality you have come to expect from the Luv Sisters.

No... The week of June 4th is my last visit to Ottawa. I will already be retired when Michelle returns in July...but...we are offering the "infamous" Gab & Raphaelle duo...After all, Raphaelle is THE pole dancing queen of the Luv Sisters! ;)

even if the new Love Sister joins the Familly, I will still be the "Baby Luv Sister". That is IF she joins... All of the Love Sisters are getting together on the 8th to party and celebrate Gabrielle's retirement and we will see then if the new Love Sister is approved by others such as Stacey and Raphaelle who havent met her yet.

Hahaha! Are you kidding??? With the whole Sisterhood and a new Pledge??? Oh I don't think so. Just got back in black and don't want to lose my mind again! If they do let some unsuspecting dude go to Gab's Swan Song, he will never be the same again. Even as it is I bet they will have to get the whole floor. Or do ya forget how Gab and Mimi used to find out how thin the walls of a certain hotel are ;)

Michelle, you have given me way more hints who the new Luv sister may be here than your silly elder sis who give me the silliest hint of all which basically translates to " ... it is a Luv sister that you can use every day, every hour, every minute, and every second ...". Yeah right, who doesn't know that's what every man needs and what a Luv sister is for ... lol!!! Would you agree with me how silly (in a luvly way) she really has turned into???

Yes, i know it is a Gab thread. I am sure many (including me) will have more than a few words of praise for her too when the time comes - like after her grand farewell tour where she is paying so much attention to all the details and making personal sacrifices to make sure she can have a final reunion with all her "special friends" and "secret admirers". I just don't want to think about that for now .... You know, it is a good thing that I can use the "hay fever" excuse everyday for this time of the year when people come into my office and ask me everyday why my eyes are all of a sudden "watery red" ... which is when I read this thread or when I can't stop thinking about the ultimate truth of Gab's retirement and our fond memories :(

Lol Don't call ME silly! I enjoyed my time with the Sisterhood immensely and will remember my time with them for many years to come. Well for a few days anyways... I am really old. But I gotta move on.

I can only shill for the ladies that made me better for having known them, not for anything they can do in the future! Wish them all the best and can only hope they find you an new Brother.

P.s. I am NOT tempted by the fact there is an applicant for sisterhood. No really. Not in the slightest. Nope, no way, no how, forget it, it's not happening!

Oh la la! That is hard question! First I have to get over Gabrielle! I don't know my heart will be broken for how long after she is not my duo partner anymore. Maybe I have a big depression like you when she go or maybe all other sisters is so nice it is too hard to choose my favorite...;)
