Hockey Pool: Multiple Shots on Goal

Hey everyone,

I've created what I imagine is yet another terb hockey pool. I called it, yep, Multiple Shots on Goal and it is Head to Head.

Anyone, please feel free to join. Has 10 categories. Goals, Assists, PIM, +/-, GAA, SO, Wins, Power Play Points, Game Winning Goals, Save percentage, Saves, and of course, what terb pool wouldn't be complete without Shots on Goal. This is all for fun, so if you want to have fun with some of your fellow terbites in a hockey pool, please join.

Some people have asked, it is draft format, but you can preset your players for the draft so that yahoo drafts for you.

I believe in making things fun, so if you can't make it and want to join this is what you do........

For those of you who are having trouble pre ranking your players, here what you do.

When you log into the hockey pool, make sure you are the league page. If you are not sure you are on the league page, press League on the page and you should get the page showing all the teams and everyone's record at 0-0-0.

Above this, you will see League note and along the league notes, it will say in blue, "rank your players", click on that.

You will then see a new page, and look for Edit your Rankings, which will be right beside Pre-Draft Player Ranking List and click on Edit your Rankings.

You'll then see a new page that has a pull down menu that says Top 25, All Players, and Rank. You can sort this by the means it has, but I suggest that where it says top 25, select all "ALL" and then click GO to the right of the sorting tools. This will provide a list of every player available in the draft. Ranking are basically based on what they did last season.

Go through the list, if there is a player you know that is injured move him to the left list by using the arrow tabs. Players you want, you use the right arrow tab, and each player you put there will go to the bottom of the list. If you find a player that you just moved to the right and let's say you want him higher on your list, click on that player you just moved over and use the up and down arrows to move him up, or if someone is to high, the down arrow to move him down. Once you are done this, press Submit and your pre rankings are done, and can be edited again if you choose up to 45 minutes before the draft.

If you haven't done this by 45 minutes before the draft, yahoo will draft for you unless you are at the draft yourself selecting.

Draft time is Monday at 9:30, once again, if you can't make it, you can pre rate your players in the order you'd normally choose them.
