A little poll to gauge your opinions on this subject. How do you feel about agency owners sleeping with their SPs or promoting their VIPs because they're dating them?

What the ladies and owners do on their spare time is none of my business. If the owners wanted to bang one of his girls on my time, then I would be pissed.
In any business, it's rare that the woman welcomes advances from the boss. They aren't on equal footing and it's more likely to result from coercion whether it's blatent or subtle. You have to wonder why the guy got into the business, I'd tend to prefer a woman owned agency or one that was more of a co-operative of independents.

In many other businesses, women sleep with the boss, for more money or preferencial rearment. It is not surprising that it goes on. Maybe I should open up an agency!!

Wouldn't this make an interesting sexual-harrassment case? In virtually all circumstances, an employer-initiated sexual relationship with an employee would land him in hot water, if the employee felt coerced in any way. I wonder if the fact the employee's job is to have sex if that would affect an OLB decision. Oh wait... they are paid for their companionship...
