I now know why this place is calld Cross Overs, most of the strippers haven't crossed over to the other side yet. Jeebus, there were some real ghosts of strip clubs past there. They need Jon Edwards to help them finally cross over. The hottest chick was the waitress, of course she wasn't waiting on me, another really old barmaid was serving me. The next several hottest chicks were patrons as there were an odd number of women patrons there. The first dancer that approached me obviously wasn't getting enough money from CPP and OAS, so took up stripping. I didn't partake as it would have been far too creepy to get a dance from someone's grandma (perhaps other than the 50 yr. old bow flex broad). A decent looking chick danced on stage as I sipped my vodka and soda and I noticed what I thought was an abnormally large tattoo on her thigh. At closer inspection when she walked by after her dance, it was one of the largest bruises I have ever seen. I also noted the big sign above the stage that said, "NO CONTACT" and the little one by the VIP area that said not to touch the dancers. The bar itself really wasn't too bad relative to most strip clubs in Ontario, and I would rate it average as far as just sitting in there. I have had some worse experiences, such as the Old Kent in Wallaceburg, but this was just too lack lustre to stick around. Having taken all of this in, however, I had a good idea that I would have a less than stellar experience by staying so I drank up and took off.
I have noticed many massage parlours in Barrie, very unsure of which one is best. I have heard mixed reviews of all of them, so may not partake while here for the evening, although it is still relatively early.
