Nope... my phone is off limits. It's like mail. I have nothing to hide, but if she ever opened my mail, there would be a problem, and she knows it.No one gets access to my phone but me, and I don't expect to see my girlfriend's phone either. I'm not currently dating, but it has never been an issue when I have been. Maybe married life is different?
lmaotrain your so that youre phone is off limits
This feature has been disabled on Samsung devices for sure. I don't know about other manufacturers. It probably only works on Nexus and Pixel. You're right with Apple, you're screwed.set up another profile if you've got android.. Also android has a tonne of apps with ways to secure photos and sms's etc. If youre on apple youre screwed, that shit is synced up and waiting to get on any device with your itunes account id.

My Samsung device had this feature disabled too. Add the following two lines to your build.prop file and reboot and this feature will be enabled. This feature has been disabled on Samsung devices for sure. I don't know about other manufacturers.
Make your life easy: use a creative file / folder structure for your sensitive data (e.g. pictures) and use the android .nomedia file to obscure photos/vids from normal gallery apps. I use QuickPic which has a "show hidden images" option (which can be further password protected) and I use File Manager app to browse for / view my hidden material as well (e.g. videos, animated gifs, etc.).Would people be interested in a way to delete traces of your communications and hobby -calls, SMS, pictures, browser history from your phone in the event your SO wants to search your phone?
Respect!Im not married and I dont give a shit. If a woman asks questions or snoops then my answer is "dont ask questions that you dont really want to know the answer to"
Are you aware that basically all phones have a simple button that says "Delete" or "Clear?" Also private browsing mode.Would people be interested in a way to delete traces of your communications and hobby -calls, SMS, pictures, browser history from your phone in the event your SO wants to search your phone?
The problem is there is no time to delete anything when someone asks to see your phone. You can't very well say "Honey, please wait till I delete all my text messages, phone calls, pictures and browsing history.". The idea is to reduce suspicion as @brewwguy mentioned in an earlier post. Are you aware that basically all phones have a simple button that says "Delete" or "Clear?" Also private browsing mode.
These are some good suggestions. They will work unless your SO know a bit about technology and understands a bit about these methods.Make your life easy: use a creative file / folder structure for your sensitive data (e.g. pictures) and use the android .nomedia file to obscure photos/vids from normal gallery apps. Do not use your personal cell phone for this hobby. The expense of a second phone or prepaid phone is significantly cheaper than a divorce!!!!Would people be interested in a way to delete traces of your communications and hobby -calls, SMS, pictures, browser history from your phone in the event your SO wants to search your phone?
Explaining a burner phone comes fraught with its own problems, as every TV drama ever made basically labels you as either a drug dealer or a cheater instantly. Do YOU have a go-to excuse/explanation for owning a second phone that you can spit off without hesitation if suddenly cornered?Do not use your personal cell phone for this hobby.
