I left Canada and moved to US for work after college. But I am now planning to move back to Canada. My career allow me to work pretty much anywhere I want in Canada. I am in my early 30's and don't want to settle down. I just want to have a rotation of hot girlfriends and have easy access to providers. I think Montreal would be a great city for what I am looking for, but problem is that I don't speak French so I can't do business in Montreal. Toronto may have huge selection of providers and single girls, but I heard Toronto girls are mostly bitches and not DTF. So, I am wondering what are some of best cities for single players and hobbyist in Canada? Hope some Canadian brothers can chime in. Thanks.

Toronto and Montreal by far the best choices, so much so that there is almost no other alternative in terms of selection, diversity, price, and value for money. (Your lack of French notwithstanding.)
By comparison, Vancouver - as the next largest market - provides almost none of those.
What you've heard about Toronto girls in general is a gross exaggeration, likely from those who have never even lived here themselves. (Vancouver would be more fitting of that description, IMO.)
As for Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Ottawa, etc - you're looking at much colder, far less selection, and in some cases (Calgary) much more expensive.

As a tourist/visitor, you don't need to speak French yourself - the majority of people serving you are by now bilingual. But as an 'employee' most anywhere - that same expectation is going to be made of you.
I'm from Montreal but Toronto is clearly the superior city. I like cities like asses, the larger the better. And when it comes to escorting although Montreal has the cheaper prices, in Toronto you guys have more incall, better choices and a much more active board. Toronto is like a mini NYC.

Just curious, why would it make a difference what age of the hobbyist is ? Wouldn't a city good for a 30 yr hobbyest be just as good for 40 or 50 year old hobbyist ?

Scene is almost exclusively Asian, with a relatively small handful of Caucasian independents - neither brunettes nor blondes are predominant over the other. LolI think Vancouver should get a mention as well, especially if you are into blonde or east asian women who are sporty and outdoorsy.

Best places would have to be Montreal and Toronto hands down. With all the competition here the price and services stay roughly consistent. Get more services and don't have to spend as much. From my experiences out west: Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba pay more money for less services due to less competition over there. BBBJ and CIM are usually not standard GFE and extra $. Not to mention most of the well reviewed ladies that pass through Saskatchewan and Manitoba are touring ladies. Everyone has their preferences but i find the local ones over there not as good.
