Help! I can't read my email!

I deleted a bunch of programs the other day and ran a "defrag" in an attempt to clean up my computer, but I think I screwed it up. I haven't been able to see my hotmail ever since. When I go to the page, it appears white. I tried resetting my internet options to default, enabling javascripts, reinstalling the browser, restoring my system in 'safemode', but still cannot get hotmail or book plane tickets. I think it has someting to do with my ability to see 'javascripts', but I don't know what else I need to do to be able to see them...

Somebody who knows something about computers please help!!!!!!

Well if your browser is working go to hotmail.com and download the hotmail program again. And go to Java.com and check updades to java. If that does not work?? Do you wear glasses??

by any chance is there a lock icon at the bottom of your browser ... if so that means it's ssl secured ... I have no idea what that means ...

assuming you're using IE, try downloading the www.opera.com browser and access through there

You can also try installing a new web browser. I use Mozilla Firefox. It's much faster than IE and it will download whatever plug-ins are required for any webpage. Go to www.mozilla.org to download it.
